Shipping Policy:
For paintings, shipping costs are calculated and billed separately to the buyer and must be paid before items are shipped. If free shipping is offered for a product, the buyer will, obviously, not be billed for shipping. Paintings are packed carefully as their protection during shipping is of highest priority. Mary keeps shipping costs as low as possible by recycling shipping materials as often as possible. Items are shipped via USPS. UPS, or FedEx depending on lowest cost or best delivery option. Paintings are always shipped with insurance, the cost of which will be included in the total shipping cost. Please let Mary know if you would like to have your package shipped priority or express mail. Otherwise, everything is shipped by regular/ground mail.
Some merchandise printed with Mary's art (mugs, apparel, phone cases, blankets, pillows, Spoonflower products) is shipped from the printer using shipping providers of their choice. Mary has no control over these shipping choices.
Some information about international deliveries:
Orders sent to countries outside of the US can take up to a few weeks to arrive. Delivery times, unfortunately, are beyond Mary's control. Some orders can be held up in customs after arriving in the country, and customs fees of as much as 50% of the order value may be assessed. Sadly, Mary also does not have any control over when and how these fees are charged. All duties and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Customer Satisfaction:
Your satisfaction is essential. If you are not happy with your painting, please notify Mary as soon as possible. Paintings can be returned up to 14 days after their receipt. Returns must be packaged and shipped properly and insured for the purchase price at the buyer's expense. A refund of the purchase price will be issued after the returned painting (and frame, if applicable) are received and examined to ensure it is in the same condition as when sold.
Printed merchandise items (e.g. calendars, notecards, stickers, mugs, apparel, phone cases, home goods) are not returnable. Spoonflower purchases are subject to their site's policies. Please contact Mary if there are problems with merchandise orders, [email protected]
